Jesus recognized the value of childhood. He did not see children for who they could be, but rather, He celebrated the wonderful state of being a child. Here at Freedom River we value and love each child as one of God's special creations. We believe that the early years of life are critical years for spiritual and emotional development, so investing in children’s lives is a priority.
Our Children's Ministry Director, Leslie Thrash, leads a dedicated team of people who strive to provide a safe, loving environment where kids can have fun and learn about our amazing God! Our goal is to share Christ with every child who comes into our care so that they will know Jesus, invite Him into their lives as their Savior, develop a close relationship with Him, and share His love with others.
Each of the following opportunities is available to your child every Sunday morning:
- RiverKIDZ TADPOLES - Nursery care for babies up to 24 months
- RiverKIDZ PRE 3:16 - For Preschoolers, age 3 thru Kindergarten
- RiverKIDZ 3:16 - For 1st thru 5th grade children
Please sign your child in prior to each service at the RiverKIDZ Welcome Center. For security purposes, we request that the same person sign them out and pick them up immediately following.
